1. Whetstone will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for only defective or damaged products.

2. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Whetstone will refund the purchase price of the returned product, less any shipping costs if applicable.

5. If a product is found to be defective, Whetstone will repair or replace it at its option. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Whetstone does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, wear and tear or neglect.
